All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $125 (before tax, after discounts).
Shipping charges for orders under $125 are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
